While many were still blindly arguing that there's no such thing, the rich and powerful who most of them look up to were already busy preparing themselves and building doomsday underground bunkers for themselves and their families to flee to so as to escape the wrath of that day.

Although that wouldn't be able to save them on that day either, at least they weren't ignorant of what's imminent.

Why build bunkers underground when it could be build in space.

I watched a documentary of one of such bunkers built by one billionaire. It was state of the art bunker with every to sustain his family and friends for years.
I was like the dude don't need to wait till doomsday, let him just go and enjoy the luxury now instead of it laying waste.
