No be every trip you go Dey accept…
And you can bargain with your passengers before coming to pick them up for a fair price if what is showing in the app is poor…if they don’t accept it….you cancel.

I use bolt a lot and when some drivers explain things to me and I have extra cash to spare….I add money to their fees and learn how to go offline too
Just tell your passengers.
You know nothing about the business
One of the reasons why it's not advisable to seek for advice in a forum like nairaland

Last week I started bolt with fuel of 25k.
After all the drive.
My net income after bolt commissions was 20k.
I lost 5k.
On Sunday I bought fuel of 30k and the thing had enter reserve already and my net income after bolt commission is 26k.
Losing 4k already.
I think I have to give up

i suspended the bolt work after the increase in fuel price because i was making losses. the high fuel price has really impacted negtively on the bolt business

How can a bolt driver be going offline when there is a request without the app not suspecting foul play?Is that even possible?

What you don't know is bigger than you. Grab some popcorn and learn

Nothing is happening in ph . you can't even compare ph to abj or lag.
Bolt pays better in enugu compared to ph. I have lived in both cities.
Even real estate

Real estate pays better in Enugu than Port-harcourt? shocked

No patience, always want to keep up!
No skill, and no idea, you think you can start Bolt and hit 100k profit in a day.
Always learn from people who are already there, and grow gradually.

That your money will give good income on sure odds.

Eg Today

Bologna vs Fiorentina serie A 19:00
1&over 1.5 = 3.1 odds

Al Makalwon Arab vs Enppi Club 15:00
2 2.3 odds

I drive nowadays to make little money to play. I will buy 15k fuel and make profit of just 3k. If I put dat 15k at 1k each on single sure 2odds , my returns will be better.

Respect bro. The game won but not play. Keep it up

gratefulheart:
1.You have to find a areas that are pick period and profitable.
2. Don't just be moving around park so where need a busy hotel, airport, malls, cinema, eatery, big offices etc.
3. When you receive a request check the price against the traffic before accepting.
4. Also let people know you do car hire...which is more profitable, you can charge premium offline. Make sure they're people you know or a referral to avoid carrying kidnappers, ritual killers, armed robbers etc.

u see that number 4, is the hidden gold mine here. especially with island guys.

our company`s driver end 40-50k salary per mth but earns over 300k from car hire. he told me that he has over 20 trusted clients that call him especially on weekends and after closing hours.

Download indrive. Negotiate your price. Just 4 trips, you earn close to 30-35k with 20litres of fuel.

I use Bolt a lot, I book for one journey - some drivers do not accept request as it is too short.
The ones who do, I tell them I will be using them for multiple journeys, I will pay them the bolt amount + waiting time as cash in hand but I prefer they go offline while we continue.
Obviously I consider safety first, but I have never been unfortunate till date.

There will always be a market for sweet potatoes especially now that hunger is torturing people. One thing I like about sweet potatoes is that unlike the Irish potato, it is very resilient and cheap to cultivate and maintain till harvest.

PH is not in the category of Ilorin and Ibadan. PH sits exactly where Lagos & Abuja sits. People make money & sustain their family from Bolt in PH. The driver is a newbie and hasn't mastered the dynamics of Bolt driving.
That's not the issue. The issue is high fuel price and low bolt prices.

I was going to advice you sign up to other ride hailing apps, but i don't know if they're available in PH.
that's the only way to break even. bolt is not favourable to use at this time. bolt only pays in combination with other apps.

your best bet is to solicit for offline rides. or at least explain to the passenger that youre not making any profit and youd like to end the ride early, that way the commission remains low. negotiate a good price not more that what the passenger saw when ordering the ride, then end the trip after a short distance. the app will probably show either 1k or slightly more.. then complete the ride and collect the amount agreed upon while still having a low commission.

Corolla doesn't drink fuel, just that high fuel price made it look as if most cars consume too much fuel.

How do sell. U go out to search for customers or they come to meet u?
Or let me just say, how do u get ur customers?
This is always my biggest fear in agriculture.
