I am not 100% on a good book to LEARN C++ with but I know a couple of reference books you might want to try to read, even as you learn C++ a) Mastering C Pointers (tools for programming power) by Robert J.Traister b) C++ in Plain English By Brian Overland c) C++ in a Nutshell -- Oreilly Library The first one will help you get a very good understanding of pointers and memory usage in C/C++. Something you will find very very useful as you progress. |
