Miracles Today Are Simply Scam. Beware Of Pastors! by paxonel(m): 8:25am On Feb 24 |
I really do believe that miracles are real, but they are only for a significant purpose. For instance, when God is about to establish his covenant with man, he back-up a lot of confirmation with miracles. But here in this current day Nigeria for example, there are no new covenant order than what has already been established as Christianity since approximately 2000 years ago, so why are pastors claiming to perform miracles, for what purpose? The economy sucks, and there is starvation in the land, we have great pastors in this country and non of them have ever gathered the very poor to turn one bag of rice to 5000 bags enough to feed people like what Jesus did. Yet they keep telling you in church, it is well, you will prosper in hard times. And the prosperity gospel will work by miracle. 2023 was general election, very few came out to vote Even the few ones that voted, some of them did so based on tribalism and not based on competence. Now here is the thing, Anybody that testify in church that he was sick and we was prayed for, and he got healed IS A SCAM, beware! Any pastor that tells you that my God is a God of signs and wonders, tells you that at your own peril Be wise! |

Remove offerings, tithes and seeds from church activities and see the real preachers.... Remove all entitlements and reduce all the cost of governance to the lowest level in all tiers of government and see politics unattractive.... Religion and politics are the two most lucrative business in Africa and the sad reality is that We the people are the Commodities 2 Likes |

Matrix137: I can't tell OK, So, what are the essence of these miracles? Is it to show that the man performing these miracles is truly a man of God? |

paxonel:Only Jesus takes the glory as he has never claimed to do the miracles by himself. Also the healing is to straighten the faith of those watching thru the testimonies of those that got miracles as many have come to Christ by such means including non Christians. I've seen Muslims, Buddhist, Hindu all coming to Christ by the testimonies and the miraculous experiences they had themselves. I'll stop here for now... |

Matrix137:How can Jesus Christ take glory for that which Jesus Christ said has absolutely nothing to do with HIm? 15 “Be careful of false prophets. They come to you and look gentle like sheep. But they are really dangerous like wolves. Why give "glory" to Jesus Christ when Jesus Christ Himself said He only gets the Glory that is His from His Father — not from men— John 17 vs 1 - 10? Your men of gods/gods of men claim they give glory to Jesus Christ but did Jesus Christ ever indicate to any man that he receives such things from men? Even in John 5 vs 41 He made bold that He does not receive praise from men. So how can He receive this "glory" men claim to give to Him? 1 After Jesus said these things, he looked toward heaven and prayed, “Father, the time has come. Give glory to your Son so that the Son can give glory to you.Or did Jesus Christ lie? P.S. Start to notice how a lot of what is Christianity sits in direct conflict with that stated by the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ claims He is the Truth of God. But Christianity paints Him a bloody liar in that Christianity proclaims a lot of that which directly violates the Words spoken by Jesus Christ Himself. Can Lies be said to equal Truth? |

Matrix137:If the aim is to attract Muslims, Buddists, Hinduists into the kingdom, i think that should be a very valid reason for the miracles. But strengthing the faith of Christians? One may ask, are Christians faithless that they need their faith to be strengthened? And what is actually faith to be precise? |

paxonel:I have seen what I'm telling you with my two eyes and I have verified. It's not hear say Yes Christians definitely need their faith straitened because this end times, alot of negative things are going on in the world that causes many to fall and lose their faith especially thru terrible occurrence in their life that makes them lose faith in God, so their faith definitely needs to be straitened. Faith is defined in Hebrews 11: 1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. |

Matrix137:I believe I more than made my point clear by way of that proclaimed from the mouth of Jesus Christ Himself. Your goal was to associate that particular case with Jesus Christ and the God of Israel who are both written of in Scripture, was it not? But clearly, we see that Jesus Christ distanced Himself from those who fit even that case which you related; He said He never knew them at all. So, the answer to your question of whether it is fake or not should be clear, right? |
