For the guy that asked if that's the only family living there., My dear, you cannot help everyone at once. It would amount to helping none. You might never reach some people in ur life time. That's fact. In a situation where you have #200,000 and instead of helping one successfully, you target 100 families at once. You'll end up giving one family #2,000. Now, have u helped them? Christ showed an example when he said heaven rejoices over ONE sinner that repents. Why? Cos He knows it might be impossible for everyone in the world to do so at once. A bird at hand is better than 40 in the bush. @OAM4J, Jarus. It would not be a bad idea to have an official nairaland account which won't be manned by Seun (lol)-he's my friend and trustworthy, but a businessman,(dnt mind me dear), But instead should be controlled by a completely trustworthy team. The account details should be known and controlled by more than one person, so that we don't get stranded if one person can't be available when needed. Any leftovers from the money contributed here should be deposited there. The account details posted, and members can put money in it occasionally so we won't have to be contributing everytime. The details of which you should keep us informed on from time to time, so we know how the money is being used (accountability). God bless Nigerians and friends of Nigeria. |

You guys know what? Right now I can't see anyone in this thread claiming to be Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa. I can't see anyone claiming tribal superiority. I can't see anyone bickering back and forth about whose tribe is better. All I see here is people united with one mind towards one course. See what unity amongst a few pple has brought: Now a family has hope for the future. United we stand. My bb pin is 26de8a68. Pls someone should add me and furnish me with details on how to contribute towards this noble course. |
