Paul openly rebuked Peter when he erred Pastor Kumuyi suspended his biological son for 6 months when his wife flouted the marriage rules of the church in Jamaica Pastor Adeboye in time past had to severely discipline Pastor Ituah because he remarried after his first marriage failed I believe Pastor Adeboye as the most respected Christian leader in Nigeria if not the whole world should protect the sanctity of the church and be bold to publicly rebuke and discipline the Iluyomades. Throwing a worldly party with a secular musician feting the pastor’s wife and the pastor grinning with worldly songs and flagrantly displaying it on social media not caring whose ox is gored is a slap to RCCG and all baba Adeboye has stood for in over 4 decades. Baba Adeboye needs to publicly rebuke in love and give room for repentance and restitution. This is not just for RCCG but the whole body of Christ who see baba as a spiritual father / grandfather. |

When it comes to money and influence in the RCCG, city of David, Apapa family, should be the head. It's indeed a big test for the leadership and moral integrity of RCCG... nothing should be swept under the carpet. |

The current generation appear to "know book" more than Jesus. Jesus said when you give, do it as quietly as possible. In our perverse wisdom, we turn giving into show off contest and tracking mechanism for the who-is-who in the church gathering like it is a secret society. So because an important member is mourning, pastor cannot rejoice again? The most important member is now the most materially endowed and not the most spiritually endowed. They should leave private affair alone and move on with God's work abegi. |

Discipline a pastor for rocking to secular music? Who does that? Was it hymn they were rocking at the marriage feast in Canaan when Jesus changed water to wine? Some circular music evoke inner meditations than most religious ones that are just beats with no substance. Try Bob Marley and the wailers for one week and your life will never remain the same. |
