You're right bro. When the time comes irrespective of the price one will surely get it.

In Sept 2023 I bought 5 tipper of filling sand @75k. Just last week I got another 5 tipper of sand @100k. And I still need about 12 tipper loads more.

May God just help and ease our affairs.

My sitting room alone consume 5 load of tipper. I pray the price come down before I'll get the last one

Drug dealers, politicians, yahoo boys, ritualists, etc are very much active in Nigeria, so what's the point, all fingers are not equal.

But the most disturbing fact about all these is that majority of Nigerians have been plunged to poverty, there have been severe suffering nationwide since the removal of fuel subsidy

If you started building before the cement went up you have to finish it and then take a break. Hopefully the rent from next year will worth embarking on new construction .

A few congos of rice is now sold at the price of a full bag during Jonathan regime...yet people eat rice at least twice daily...some even cook bags for parties while others can't afford a plate of daily meal.

Life always continue and human naturally adapts no matter how hard things are.

My prayers are... Lord.... irrespective of the high price of greatness...make me a partaker someday too IJN.
