A marketing and Logistic Outfit in Lagos requires the services of a:
1. Regulatory Officer[
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
-Be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable government rules and regulation
-Determine and communicate product approval requirements
-Ensure that all NAFDAC regulated items are stamped, inspected and documented properly.
-Collect payment advice from NAFDAC

o -Collect all necessary documents for endorsement from the suppliers
o -Handle requisitions from procurement people including Registration of Products and obtaining Import Permits

-Compile and submit documents to regulatory agencies majorly NAFDAC

-Respond to queries from regulatory officials and meet deadlines
-Ensure that all the Common Technical Documents dossier comply with NAFDAC guidelines
-Vet and give recommendations about Common Technical Documents to the company
-Negotiate with regulatory authorities for marketing authorization
-Interface between the manufacturers and the company
-Ensure that products are renewed as at when due
-Ensure NAFDAC stamping of goods at PIDCARMS (Ports Inspection Directorate. This must be done in a timely manner.

Qualification
• B.SC in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Biological Science or related field.
A minimum of 0-2 years experience will be good.
