Throughout most of medieval Europe , Jews were accused or caught poisoning wells in European towns and cities.

The phrase "well poisoning " is not complete without the history of Jews in medieval Europe poisoning wells out of spite and pure hatred towards their Christian hosts.

Operation "cast thy bread" was a Jewish plot to poison wells in Arab villages with bacterial material during the so-called Jewish war of independence in 1948.

Not only were foremost pioneering terrorist organisations like the Hagana, Irgun and Stern Gang groups involved in the initial plot during the British rule over Palestine , but this policy was continued by the newly created Jewish government to genocide the remaining Arab settlements in Israel.
