Graduate confused and shocked after NYSC posts him to Amotekun

A fresh graduate has taken to social media to express his shock after discovering that he has been posted to serve his one-year NYSC programme with the South-West security network, codenamed Amotekun Corps.

The young graduate, whose identity is yet to be revealed, shared a screenshot of his NYSC deployment letter on his Twitter page @bigfeeztm. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

According to the screenshot, his place of primary assignment is listed as Amotekun, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Expressing disbelief and humorously questioning the authenticity of the posting, the graduate wrote; “NA JOKE BE THIS?”

The unexpected posting to Amotekun Corps, a regional security outfit established to complement the efforts of the Nigerian police and other security agencies in tackling crime and ensuring the safety of lives and property in the South-West region, sparked a flurry of reactions on social media.
