Hosted by the Ibukun Awosika Leadership Academy in partnership with Dubai Tourism and Dubai Events, this prestigious event brought together over 600 women from around the world.

In a keenly contested competition, Sophie stood out among 476 participants, showcasing unparalleled engagement and connectivity skills. Her record-breaking 1,047,200 points secured her the coveted Whova Queen crown, making history as the first Nigerian woman to achieve this honor on the TIWLC platform.

The International Women Leadership Conference provided a platform for women to focus on three pillars: Knowledge, Power, and Fun. Participants engaged in learning, leveraging connectivity for intellectual engagement, and fostering a spirit of camaraderie through problem-solving activities.

This annual event, a collaboration between the Ibukun Awosika Leadership Academy, Dubai Tourism, and Dubai Events, aims to empower women and foster leadership development on a global scale.
