I currently lives and work a 250k monthly Job in Lagos, recently I got an offer for a 500k job in portHarcourt so am still contemplating whether to accept the offer or not. I heard portHarcourt is very expensive compare to Lagos, so I don't want to make wrong decision.

Expensive compared to Lagos?

I reside in Port Harcourt and I humbly opine that You should accept the Job offer in Port Harcourt.
PH is serene
less traffic jam
House rent is not as costly as Lagos.
