As a Christian, you need to be conscious of who you relate with so that your virtue won't be corrupted. You are to read not only the Bible but a lot of history. All those biblical characters, Google them for additional info. You'll see more explanations about them and what they v done. Recently, some mischief makers are popping up questions to believers to explain how the world was populated when Adam & Eve only had two children which are Cain and Abel. They further asked to identify those Cain feared they'd kill him when he ran away after killing Abel. The answers are explained explicitly below:

Firstly, the Bible identified that Adam and Eve had Cain, Abel, Seth & other sons & daughters. See Genesis 5:4. Basic mathematical knowledge indicates that at least one of Cain or Seth married their sister and later
marriage btw their children. This was legal as at that time and differ from forbidden law of incest in Leviticus 18. However, there are instances of people marrying their siblings or family members earlier than the time of Moses. For example, Abraham and Sarah were half siblings (Genesis 20:11-13), Jacob Abraham's grandson married two of his cousins (Genesis 29:30) etc.
