NL members, pls i need your advice on a notice of 40k Town Development Fees served to me on a newly acquired land under Ifo Local government area of Ogun State which am currently developing. I have since paid the required tax and development levy also the plan approval fee to the Town planning office. Need to know if any body have been charge to pay such amount cos no landlord within the location can confirm payment of such fee. I have the noticed sign by someone who claiming he is from Ifo LG. I will rely want to know why i will be charge too separate development fee, by Government agency. Ur advice will rely help me out. Thanks
