Grounded de-oiled groundnut powder is used in grilled food spice.
In soup or stew, just add a table spoon or two depending on volume of stew and soup to cook and add salt to taste. Just the groundnut powder and salt is all the seasoning you need to give a much more delicious taste.
It's 100% natural and rich source of lean protein and thickening source for soup and stew.
It can be used as spice in grilled food, as protein source in cereals and puddings and fully for Groundnut soup. Just prepare same way as egusi soup and a pack can make 2 litres of soup rich in protein.
