“It’s a lot” – Funke Akindele mourns the de@th of Junior Pope


Funke Akindele, a well-known actress in Nollywood, has expressed her sadness over the untimely death of her colleague, Junior Pope, also known as Pope Obumneme Odonwodo.

The entertainment industry was in grief with the news of Junior Pope’s death from a boat accident. Junior Pope was well-known for his bold character in movies. On Wednesday, April 10, the filmmaker Samuel Olatunji announced his passing.

Tragically, the father of three boys and three of his colleagues died in a boat returning from a filming location. They were in Anambra State on Wednesday when they plunged into the Anam River.

This occurs a few days after Aderonmu Adejumoke, a gifted actress in the Nollywood industry, passed away suddenly.

So sad! May the souls of the dead rest in peace.

But based on what humans can see, the guy and the other victims died carelessly, not accidentally.
