As long as the child's memory no wipe off, it is not too late to identify the perpetrator and prosecuted, nailing the monster no go hard.

Presence of father or not, will not be a determinant of investigating the case when handled by the relevant agencies.

And who is talking about sentiments and emotions, when facts can be established if the minor was defiled. Maybe you think that because the semen is no longer present on the body of a victim of defilement/rape, the case is lost?

Yes, my specialty in psychology is to take the words of a child and process them, to establish facts and fictions.....by the way, the child need not even say a single word for that to be achieved as there are kids who become non-verbal because of trauma experienced or neurodivergent.

I'm not exonerating the man, I'm just saying that the fact that the child didn't voice out when the iron was hot, means that it will be hard to find the suspect guilty...
Unless there's enough evidence and besides, the words of the child can't be used as an evidence!!!!

And why do think child psychologists are involved as expert witness in such cases by courts handling cases of defilement?

Back in 2019 in Lagos, a Pedophile was found guilty as charged and sentenced to 60 years imprisonment. He was a supervisor at the upscale Christland School and defiled a 2 year old toddler within the school premises. With what little the toddler could say and the use of art and play therapy by the psychologist, guy was nailed.
