You want to bring back the death that Emefiele didn't finish inflicting on us with naira confiscation right?

I wish not, but unfortunately, that will address a lot of madness in the way we see and treat money.

A lot needs to be done to dissuade our people on how they view money.

Do you know it actually cost more to print some denominations than the actual face value of that money itself?

These are all areas the country is bleeding profusely.

Gistmedia10:
In response to increasing scrutiny from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigerian party attendees have introduced a new approach to the customary practice of spraying money at celebrations.

Instead of directly showering cash on the celebrant, guests now discreetly deposit their monetary gifts into a designated "Money-Box" placed at the venue. This innovation aims to reduce the open practice of spraying naira notes, leading to naira mutilation, and to mitigate the risk of EFCC arrest. shocked

And the show-biz lifestyle continues.......Now tell me what's the difference here between what the EFCC is fighting against and what these ones are doing?

Las las, transfer is far better and preferably to this one...
The difference is that people are not stepping on our hard earned money

I wonder which is worse. A middle income earner spraying his hard earned money at a party or a Governor, President or Senator stealing billions from the public purse ?

EFCC leaves the politicians stealing billions and is chasing after shadows.

If EFCC is really serious about fighting Financial crime, then they know where to start and its not just Yahaya Bello they should be hunting. There is Akpabio, Ganduje and of course Tinubu himself.

[quote author=saphiere post=129563489]I didn't see a single woman here. Does it mean that we're more law abiding people than the other gender?

The absent gender are busy at their hookup locations and marital centres servicing the gender they depend on for their survival.

So what's the difference?
This is still Naira abuse & illegal.
How is this a Naira abuse? They are simply giving the celebrant cash. What's wrong with that? By the way, what is the definition of Spraying?

This also should be banned. Chips should be adopted like in casinos. Print out chips then sell them to willing sprayers so you have the real money safe and in dignity, then allow the chip suffer what' the money ought to.

This shows Nigerians have a shallow minded kid mentality to always want to show off...can't you transfer the money or put in bag and hand over to the person, must you showoff by spraying. Twisted people.

Check your brain first. Do you know that Politicians in Berlin, Atlanta, Toronto or Brussels do not break the laws so why will anybody? Also the polithiefians in Nigeria behave like sturborn goats that's why the citizens follow suit.

papyjaypaul:
Badly behaved adults.

When they go to Berlin, Atlanta, Toronto or Brussels, they behave, when it comes to Nigeria, they find every way to break the law then say "what about the politicians?"

Always trying to defect from responsibility. What about you How come you can behave yourself outside Nigeria but behave like a stubborn goat inside the country Is something not desperately wrong with our minds? Is it the Nigerian air? Nigerians need tough hands to handle them and their stubborn, undisciplined behaviour

Little small minded kids, go spray na, make EFCC show you shege. The money remains a property of federal republic of Nigeria, your own is to spend it, pass it on, not abuse it.

Inferior complexed people, seeking validation like women...do you see people of other races or nations engaging in this archaic practice...abi na Nigerians be the richest in the world?

When Nigerians start ignoring people that like to show off, corruption will reduce...it's the attention that encourage it

Throwing money in the air defaces it.??

I guess changing within the boundary of the norm is okay as long as the naira is not mutilated and disrespected. Necessity is always the mother of invention.
