That sentence was at the very extreme.

he should have gotten a fine, but d yeye lawyer said, he is an influencer and he'll use his platform to tell people about d dangers of Naira abuse.... Lol...mayb d judge come realise say since him popular make dem send am go jail na, his followers will also learn

Even Judges have said it online that as a first time offender who pleaded guilty, he is supposed to pay N50k fine and he showed it in the Law book. He said unless he offended someone, jailing someone for 6 months without fine is unjust.
He did not commit murder, rape, hard drug, kidnap, let the cowards hiding behind any offence he committed and show if in the Law book.

Listen to yourself, it will come to your turn one day when your right will be trampled upon. Why are people abusing Judiciary over Obi's vote? So, if someone doesn't like you, he can go against the Law to do things. It will be your turn one day.

What's the point of appealing now when the final determination may last for that six month (or three months) as the case. Just kukuma wait out your sentencing and walk out..

Some judhges quoted the Law, that he is supposed to pay N50K fine only.
It is very obvious, the judgement is wrong and someone is hiding somewhere to do things, the judges said so.

That judge that gave bob that sentence will be punished accordingly. That was not justice, as a first time offender who pleaded guilty, a fine was the option. When calamity starts falling on him, he should remember the abuse of power he committed
