I am running a people have been misusing my network especially with their laptop, it becomes difficult to time them manually accurately.

I need a timing software that can can function as a hotspot software on my wired network, I know its possible,

I want a situation where as soon as some one plugs a network cable and try to access the net, he will be directed to a must - login page.
Any idea of any software I can try?

Have you heard of Mikrotik? I think it may be the kind of solution you need.
