More disappointment for City who are seriously looking for where to “dump” Tevez without incurring much loss as AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has revealed that any big-name signings made during the January transfer window will only be on loan.

With Junvetus earlier declaring their lack of interest for City’s former skipper Carlos Tevez, Millan have been linked with a possible transfer reason being the meeting held in Rossoneri‘s head office on Thursday by Tevez agent Kia Joorabchian, Galliani and Milan’s transfer director Ariedo Braida

The heart procedure undergone by Milan striker Antonio Cassano who is now ruled out indefinitely makes it clear that they are in need of a replacement should they be hoping to contest for the title.

“Whoever comes to Milan in January will be on loan for free, with an option to make that stay permanent,” Galliani told Gazzetta dello Sport. “Tevez? We will see, there’s time. Probably if we had not had Cassano’s situation, we would remain as we are.”
