The legislative election in Cote d'Ivoire peacefully boycotted by former president Gbagbo's party ended up today with a very low voters turn out. In the city of Yopougon , with more than 1 million inhabitants only 100 to 400 hundreds voters came out. In Ouattara stronghold northen part of the country, voters were also scarce.
