hw do i know domain names with high appraisals?

Can u image, i searched for the appraisal of nairaland.com and the value was $1,275,962.82 while that of yahoo.com was valued to be $99,403,501.76. Is this for real? That means this oluwaseun osewa of a boy is a multi millionaire if he decides to sell nairaland.com.
