Drinking plenty of water cant be avoided in this, one need to take at least 8 cups of water daily to help cleanse the system and get rid pf your pimples. Uou also need to improve your diet on vegetables and fiber too.

My advice for those that have oil skin, dry skin, acne and blemishes, those that want to be fairer is to try and go natural.
