Pastor Kun: @/\/\/\ Countdown to the egg on the face when the end of the world isnt triggered at all by this The Mayans, many particularly for that matter, dismiss this overrated apocalyptic prediction as codswallop and largely a Western fathom |

Orogbon: you are right the mayan never predicted an apocalypse in 2012 rather they dec 21, 2012 marks the end of their long cycle calender when they are expecting their gods to retrun to earth( these gods have been speculated to be aliens). What makes the mayan predicted intriguing is that it accurately coincides with the end of our Galatic cycle a galatic alignment which occurs once in 5,000 years. The question is how did the ancient Mayan know this as mordern astronomers using the most advace equipment are just discovering this now. The theory is that they must have had some extra terrestrial help; the same etra terrestrials they claim to be their gods. It seems very far fetched though but the date is only a short while away. |
