UK Study Assist (www.ukstudyassist.co.uk) in collaboration with Phoenix Training & Development is organizing a 2 days training course on Inspirational Leadership and Essential Management Skills in the United Kingdom.

Essential Management Skills

This course is suitable for anyone who has had little previous training in the subject and will provide you/your colleagues with all the fundamentals required for successful people management. It focuses on applying different styles of leadership, performance management, techniques for coaching and training, understanding what motivates their team as well as, knowing how to prioritise their time in order to be a successful manager.

Inspirational leadership

Inspirational Leadership is designed for experienced people managers looking to develop an advanced suite of leadership tools and techniques. The course is also ILM certified.

This very interactive and participative workshop will give each individual a much higher understanding of leadership and will focus on performance management, how to communicate vision and the importance of demonstrating leadership flexibility in getting the most out of every individual.

Open course costs include the following:

Pre-course consultancy, by which the trainer will aim to understand your organisational background, the environment you are managing in, and any personal objectives for the course. All this will be fed back in to the preparation of the course.

Support notes to refer to after the course, reminding you of the key learning points, this includes access to Phoenix’s online knowledge resource.

A full written report following the training, detailing what was covered and giving an honest assessment of strengths, and any areas for further development.

Lunch & refreshments over the two days of the course.

All ongoing support – Ross Trigwell, the trainer, encourages all participants to stay in touch by phone or email after the course.

The maximum number of participants is 6, which makes for a highly interactive two days, with much discussion and practical work.
