Hello my people, once again we are on the move, crafting good houses for decent people. Our target here is to build this magnificent house for our client, and our focus will be on cost efficiency. We want to see how possible it is for us to roof this house without breaking the bank. After that, the finishing will be according to the taste of our employer. This house will have a car park as part of the structure at the side of the house. Materials on the ground currently are blocks and some sand. As we speak, arrangements are in top gear to supply all the rest of the materials and then we can move into site by next week.
Clearing of the build space will commence today.

As we can see from the above pictures, there are enough blocks to start and take this building far into the roofing stages. What we need to do is to speed up the clearing of the site. We intend to do this with the remaining days of this week/weekend.
