Develop some realistic goals. Do something regularly – even if it seems like a small accomplishment – that enables you to move toward your goals. Instead of focusing on tasks that seem unachievable, ask yourself, "What can I accomplish today that will help me move in the direction I want to go?" 1 Corinthians 9:24 “Don’t you realise that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize?
