I don't understand how people (ladies especially) think they look better with different colours(pigmentation not complexion) on their skin, it's irritating to see the face with on colour then the chest another colour, then the arms nko, the fingers and toes nko, then ankles another colour - ladies please note this is irritating.

I do not. However I do know some women who do.
Some say its for fashion, others keep it real and admit its a result of poor self esteem.
Either way I think the selling and distribution of skin bleaching creams should be outlawed.
