I intend opening a fast food in my area and i need clue on how cooked meals can be preserved for days and still retains its actual taste when served! Pls help.

Your best bet would be to cook enough for the day.
If it was homecooking, I would have advised deep freezing to preserve it for a few hours.
But you are talking of public cooking and that food will probably be thawed and frozen over and over again, since you are selling from it. So the best advice for you would be to cook enough that will finish in a day. Nor go cause food poisoning!

Cook for the day. . . Food poisoning abounds.

Don't start without advice from the experienced or professional in that industry. Failure can come due to lack of reliable information from the right source.
