Pls what is the salary scale of diploma and OND contract staffs in UBA?

BSc contract staff in zenith...

70k a month. Just received a call from HR but am turning it down.

If its 70k for contract job,i advice u to hold on to it until u find a betta one.u dont want to no ow much UBA and some oda banks are paying their contract staffs.

Officially zenith bank now pay 70k/monthly to (bsc) entry staff be it teller or customer service. The policy was changed 3month back to take new staff on as contract staff wich imply 38k less dan d previous 108k monthly pay. Worst of all new entries now have zero benefits with contract terminating after 2years. I served with d bank en I got to know all dis at point of been retained. So am giving u guys a non doctored update on zenith bank pay for entry. Quite shameful rly, knowing d same bank declared 42% increase in profitability dis year.

This is more like the real info. I would have been amazed if Zenith bank still pays as much as N100k to entry level staff, worst of all tellers. Some banks pay tellers around N40-N50k, and it's not as if those ones are less competent than the tellers in Zenith. If you know how many people apply to these banks daily, and are even willing to accept N30k/month, you would understand why Zenith can't be such a father christmas by paying N100k. N100k is a huge entry level salary in these days of extreme unemployyment, for real.

Don't be deceived.the salary structure has change and recruitment is on contract terms for both bsc|HND holders.Effective october 2012 salary for entry level now 70k.contract is for two years after which on satisfactory performance you will be confirm else you go home.sorry the era of 108 erased.

zenith bank will be the last bank I will work for. They treat their staff as slaves. Imagine paying a Bsc holder 70K. When you are declaring profit of 75 billion. Just to show the whole world that you are in bizness at the expense of your staff. Even posting of deposits is handled by one person in some branches.

the net pay after tax and pension deduction is about 65k..(thats your actual take home pay)
