I have worked for close to four yrs and I'm kind of itching to step out and be on my own. My friends think I'm crazy to want to leave a job when there are pple out there lookin for one. |

This is like the 3rd time you are asking. What are you afraid of? If by this time you are still unsure, its best to jettison the idea completely so you can FOCUS. |
