PLEASE ASSIST ME I WANT TO FILL A FORM ONLINE BUT I WAS UNABLE TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF MY PASSPORT AND DOCUMENT TO 14KB AS REQUIRED. PLEASE I NEED IT ASAP. I SCANNED THE DOCUMENT THEN LATER I USED CAMERA AGAIN TO SNAP IT. HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT. |

why not open it through 'paint', clique on the 'image' menu and go to 'resize/reskew', reduce d image percentage, that should get the size reduced as well. hope that helps. |
