Jst go to General hospital , they have good skin doctors there or if u have the money, u can visit a private one. But dnt take anything without d doctors prescription.

I empathise with your situation cos I once had very very bad acne. It was so bad that you can find a spot to place the tip of a pin on my face. Not only was it that many but they were very large and painful.
I tried various treatment to no avail including tetracycline and retinol and numerous facial cleansers.
When I came to the UK I started treatment with arocutane as mentioned by another poster here. It worked wonders and now I have no acne whatsoever for the past 4-5 years or so. But I must warn you, it is not a treatment that you should do on your own. May be a look at the leaflet will let you know what you are getting into. If you are in nigeria, I will advise you to stay away from this medication because you are most likely to die using it (at least acne does not kill). It needs specialist (DERMATOLOGIST) prescription, specialist follow up and regular blood tests. It has very bad side effects, i mean really bad side effects. It can cause irreversible depression and severe pain.
For myself, I had a dermatologist who was in charge of my cause. I could not tolerate it for more than 4 months as I had a very bad experience with it. The ambulance had to be called because of the side effects from themedication and the dermatologist advice me to stop it but thankfully it worked for me though one is suppose to be on it for a minimum 6 months. Looking back I wonder what led me to agree to such a medication considering the numerous nasty side effects, I guess I was desperate. But thank God it was not in vain as it worked very well for me.

have u tried natural remedies like salt scrub or sugar scrub. u can get spa seasalt and scrub face 4 times in a week. salt has anti bacterial properties.
also avoid using powders and make up for a while to allow d skin to breathe. dont pinch on the acne,no matter the temptation.
