A finance conmpany based in Lagos reequire the service of an ADMIN OFFICER in its office at the island.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Specifically responsible for Admin functions and policies
2. Ensure adequate security of the office
3. Ensure that doors are opened and locked by designated officer and that all computers/equipment are switched off daily after close of work
4. Carry out administration of general services relating to premises maintenance, insurance, etc.
5. Carry out regular routine checks on all postings daily (daily call over)
6. Raise advices on company's transaction on a daily bases
7. Ensure strict compliance with anti-money laundering law and ensure rendition of returns to the regulatory authority.
8. Ensure internal control procedures are in place on all company's operation
9. Ensure regular update of fixed asset register
10. Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
