why do u need an antivirus for ur phne? Like i read in one mobile orientd forum i came across, if u want ur phne to be buggy n slow, use an antivirus.

no need for an antivirus on phone, just make sure of what u recieve, always keep the C: partition clean, try not to install apps on it except ur mp3player and fonts. always clean up ur memory card, u can scan it on a pc, always look at reviews of a particular app before downloading or installing it. if u must use an antivirus, turn off the real-time scan or the monitor, only turn it on during transfers. always check to make sure no unwanted process are running in the phone's task manager. to bring up the task manager, hold the symbian button down for few seconds. me i hardly install apps that create a running process that stays all through with the phone, i delete the autoexec files if i must use such apps.

u don't need any anti virus, except u don't have a pc to scan ur phone after each download. i'm using a nokia 6120 phone and most anti virus i found are sis file, and 6120 don't support sis files except jad, jar or sisx. i gave up the search and use my pc to scan and switch off my bluetooth when i'm not transfering any files
