Telecoms mast are constructed by the telecoms companies but the maintenance and management of such masts is outsourced to companies.It is good income source for the company managing the mast.In the light of this,I am working on a proposal to one of the telecoms companies in Nigeria To manage some of their mast.Pls,what does it take to manage telecoms mast.Anyone with useful info should please help? |
