after i had my baby 7mths ago, i have nt been able to loose the extra 6kg i gained. Right nw my weight is 79kg and my hight is on the average. I love taking coke or pepsi and i dont knw hw to stop. I am working on getting pregnant (by d Grace of God) in the next 4 or 5 mnth bt i want to loose this extra weight first so dat i wont be too big after the second baby. I am a stay at home mum. |

You should try natural weight reduction and stomach flattening supplements to help and i advise you delay a little on having another child...maybe give it a year |
