Any road and light in the area?
What about Omonile issues?

How bad does the road get in raining season? Are there residents around there? And how difficult/easy is transportation there? Can the foundation still be converted to 2 units of 2bedroom flats?

Which other parts of Ikorodu can you recommend under 750k/plot with reasonable amenities: motorable road and light AND no encumberance/agric land or omonile issues. Give details: pictures, titles, location (and if inside Ogun or Lagos state) and prices.

Other places I can recommend that is under N750k is Elepete, Isawo, Ijede, Imota, magbon , Oke-Eletu is N940k last price - It has approved survey plan... I can also recommend Igbo-Olomu under N750k etc...
