It often amazes me why i saw a job advert requesting for 23yrs and below. How do u expect some1 who is less dan 23yrs of age 2have concluded his/her NYSC? How many universities are in Nigeria, and how many pple write UME yearly? D gap is just unimaginable. Some would hv 2stay back for 2yrs or more. These employers sometimes asked for this unrealistic requirement in order to scare pple away to give room for their 30yrs old candidates. Govt shld do something abt dis.
