Poor coach. Poor decision making. The last game at Juventus said it all. Substituted Joel Obi and the other young lad while leaving a team with a combined age of almost 200 years on the field. It was clear they lacked pace going forward and retreating after loosing the ball. Now he has time to sit back, watch the tapes and learn what is trending in football these days. Its all about pace, mass attack, mass defence, quick counter attacks. He may wish to share the same with his compatriot Roberto Mancini who is equally clueless and will sooner or later suffer the same fate. |

I pity the man. Cant they as well sack players? When players miss goal scoring opportunities or play poorly, is it the coach that instructs them to miss chances. Coaches are doing huge tasks, take all the responsibilites for failure but in most cases never get paid mega bucks like the players. |

inter is very poor independent of who manage the team. you can't expect old players to perform like young ones. they should sell sneidjer, samuel, lucio, maicon, milito, stankovic, the captain,chivu,cambiasso,julious ceaser. and look for young players. morrati now think foothball is for making money, no, foothball is for passion so he should be ready to spent instead of gaining. just last 2 years he sold ibramhimovic and gained 40 million, he sold ballotelli and gained and last year he sold supper eto without buying his replacement. in january he sold 5 good players who are now performing well, because they were no longer inspired to be in inter because of eto's exit. take a look at how muntari is performing in milan, thiago motta in p.s.g. continho also. so, morati should wake from his dreams. |

Management engages the coach, the coach in most cases engages the players. He decides who plays and who does not so field performances is his territory and responsibility. If management goes over his head to begin to tinker (excuse the pun) with the players they will undermine the efficiency of the coach ala Chelsea and the whole system breaks down. |

Ranieri should hold the record for the number of times a coach is sacked. The man has been disgraced all over Spain, England and esp Italy. But i dont really blame him for Inter's ordeal,that team has been grossly mismanaged by Benitez. @Luka1981. Moratti actually bought Forlan to replace Eto.
