As regards to this I've lost my confidence when about to meet people. 80% of folks I come across every day misinterpret age above what it ought to be or even in most cases address me elderly even when older than me,just because of the look of my face. I feel extremely bad about this deep inside but never allow to reflect out. Pls. be informed that my face does not suffer any acne but just rough. I've seen some changes after taking ZINC for ACNE(Puritan's Pride) Pls. all I need is drugs /peels that would restore my youthful look,Many thanks!

I think your feelings are normal, its unfortunate but we live in an era where your very being is defined by your looks! There might be something genetically wrong thats making your face age abnormally so its advisable for you to see a doctor. If you are using vitamins and lotions that work you should continue. Plastic surgery isnt a bad idea too if you can afford it.

You can also visit a beautician who can give you make up tips to boost your confidence a little, above all i think its best to visit a psycologist to talk you through your feelings and how you can deal with the way you look. Your not alone sha everyone has a hurdle to jump when it comes to appearance, its how you approach it that matters.

You do not need drugs. But I will suggest the followings
- maintain a high level of personal hygiene. It reflects on your entire psycology.
- wash your face every night before going to sleep.
- eat lots of fruits and vegetables. you may supplement with anti-oxidant food supplements like Centrum
- ensure you have at least 8hrs of sleep every day.
- stay away from smoking, and possibly alcohol.
- always wear a smile. Don't get moulded into a frowned face, it does not help

Bear in mind that the changes will only come gradually. You may not notice until after 3/4 months. Don't be in hurry. Human boy is wonderful and will respond to the tuning surprisingly for you
