Nairaland has been in inception for 7 years now and counting.

I can remeber the very year I joined nairaland (that very same year) we were barely 300 members but now with well over 840,000 members and still counting.

People spend endless times at the cafe, on their Office Computers, Phones, tablets just surfing through nairaland day and night.

Some people have gotten so addicted to it that that have also invited practically everyone they know.

All through this 7 years Suen Osawe the Grand Commander and Moderator General have Only treated nairaland like a forum and not like a (community which is is).

He has totally ignored the business and Brand side of nairaland aside just being comfortable with the "heavy check" Google adsense sends monthly.

Seun my little take on this is that start to compensate posters in little ways, even if its by just sending them N200 recharge card (Not All Members just a little few ones who have succeded in keeping your forum lively).

Giving only less than 10 members phones (not necessarilt expensive ones, LCD tv, Designer perfumes, e.t.c) will only help you achieve the famour and position you crave for nairaland faster than expected.




This has other business advantages.





I have lots of other ideas I will like to share with you if you are interested.

Don't want to post it in the open so competitors won't use it ahead of you. And like they say good idea is Power.
