The colonization of Africa by Europeans and Arabs has introduced us to the seeming conflict between Religion and Science.
This can be resolved if we

(1)Differentiate between Spirituality and Religion
(2)Trace the historical evolution of Religion
(3)Trace the origin and evolution of Science & Philosophy.


Using the over Seven Thousand Year Old Ancient Egyptian Spirituality as a reference for the African Civilization, there was no
distinction between Educators of Philosophy, Spirituality or Science. The three were merged.
For example, Divinity was ascribed to the Sun God Ra because the Sun is the Center of the Solar System and central
to planetary formation. The God Atum is the philosophical basis for the Atom in Science.

The observations of the stars and orbit of the earth around the Sun led to the grouping of constellations
represented as animals which led to the Zodiac Signs of Astrology. Personality attributes of people born
under certain Zodiac signs are a result of thousand of years of social observations.

Allegories and Creations Myths were used to describe the astronomical observations because they are
easier for the average man to follow and retain For example in the Judaic creation myth (which originated from two
Black African Philosophical Schools of On[/b] and [b]Thebes , the Animals of Garden of Eden represents the constellations of
Stars in the Skies. The Serpent and the Fruit of Knowledge represent the biological DNA and the Nucleus.

Successive invasions of Africa by Europeans and Arabs starting from the 5th century B.C. allowed them to pillage a lot of knowledge
whose Keys they did not understand. They created Religions out of these Knowledge and literized allegories into literal history
that now appeared to be in conflict with Science.

The Priesthood held the Keys to the African Mysteries. Temples were the Institutes of Advanced Scientific Research.
For many centuries Theocratic Europe relied on Religious Creed and Articles of Faith (alien to Africa)
until the Renaissance pointed out something missing in Religion.

Technology today is still based on the little Science that was gotten from Africa. Science has not made much advancement
for over One Thousand Years, but here has been a lot of technological advancement still based on Old Science that is presently
under the control of Caucasian Scholarship, and the Africans, who are the originators of Science and Spirituality
have not been able to go back to their Spirituality to tap more material knowledge for the advancement of Science.
