Folks, avoid using UPS to speed post important documents.
14 days now, my document is yet to get to an African country, this would have taken NIPOST 2 days, and DHL will do it in less than 24 hours. the wierd tHing is that we can only track the document back 7 days ago, we don't even know where it is. For God's sake , pay the extra few cash and safely deliver your package via DHL.
