I have been consistent in calling for the sack of D. Deschamps even before Euro 2020. Since he won the World Cup he has been horrible and I am shocked he has not been fired. His call ups have been horrible but more importantly, his in game tactics and substitutions. He is not flexible enough to make changes when things are not working. Chelsea still haven’t fix the major problem in that team which is CDM. Jorginho can neither drive the ball forward properly for quick transitional play nor make often long passes. I’m still skeptical about Rice. Tuchel is a technical and tactical type of a coach so his players have to meet that criteria. This is why Lukaku failed, he is technically average and slow in intelligent movement in opponent’s box. Go back to Jorginho, he is one of the reason Tuchel is struggling with consistency.
