I remember that year well too, they beat us in the quarter finals. Redondo played out of his socks that year, possibly the best CM performance in UCL in the last 20years by a player not named Xavi.

I took you on because you specifically mentioned 18 years, and Anelka was a nobody at that age compared to mbappe. Anelka joined madrid with just 1 ucl goal in 5 matches, against a greek team.
