It was a remarkable convocation ceremony at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger state penultimate saturday,as about 33 of the 2, 571 students presented for 2009/10 academic session graduation bagged first class honours degree. President Goodluck Jonathan represented by Minister of Education Prof. Ruqayyat Rufai admitted that the educational sector in the country has suffered a long time structural deficiency, and vowed not to further tolerate the inefficiencies that characterized the sector.
