Great trend. I had that firstbank is recruiting but u must have somebody in that bank to help u submit ur cv @ 7th floor while u keep praying for favour. PlS share any available banking opportunity info.

but i got no response
not until, someone fwd it to a hr guy
then, i was called for pre-document verification
dec 2012 @ abebe village. First academy.
I went , but have not yet been called again for the interview proper.
Initially i was worried, cuz a lady i met there & we exchanged pin numbs
pingd me saying she's been called for interview.
I wondered if its cuz i wrote on the form, that i am no longer working.
All the same, i was reassured by the fellow who helpd initially
that the hr guy says i wld be called this jan, wen they commence recruitment again.

Ooh I hope this forum is still on ,I'm just following .its a good intiative to feed each one of us on experienced banking vacanies available.I'm current looking for a bank job ,have 6yr experience in branch operation.I will need so lead on banks recruiting so I can apply .meanwhile I heard wema bank is recruiting presently .

Meanwhile the latest one I heard is UBA. I submitted my CV in feb. A friend we submitted together was called. Heard that they are stil accepting. Will do a follow up on mine tomoro.

If you have someone in DB, try and drop your CV there too.

For Stanbic IBTC, I have been seeing quite alot of vacancies lately...but I guess submitting cv online doesnt really count. Wil just go to any of their regional office and drop my cv...you may try that too. You might be lucky.

I did series of interviews last year with GTBank...waiting for the final one.

You can submit your CV in any of the DB branch. Just ask of the BM, speak n plead with him. Am sure its gonna work depending on how you present yourself.

Thre is no special way of submitting CV that I know of. Just walk to any of the DB branch or regional office speak & plead with d BM. I submitted mine thru d secretary. Just do same & I strongly believe it will work.
All the best...God will surely do it for us.
