It was announced in July 2012 that Phase 2 of the Lagos-Badagry Expressway reconstruction project will be subdivided into 3 segments: Mazamaza (Lot 2) to Agboju is Segment I, Agboju to Trade Fair is Segment II, and Trade Fair to Okokomaiko is Segment III. The 24.5 kilometre second phase spans from Mazamaza to Okokomaiko. courtesy of SSC |

When all the public evidence shows that Fashola is behind the project you are here talking crapYou'r right this time. The facts in this matter, in summary, are as follows: 1 the road is owned by FG 2 the road is being re-constructed entirely by the state govt 3 the pace of work is painfully slow http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/the-bitter-taste-of-lagos-badagry-expressway/129396/ 1 Like |

Truly the pace at which the road construction is going is now having a Negative effect on the road users, very frustrating but i'm optimistic about the project. |

DisGuy: My broda work has stopped on that road ooooo. It's still bits and pieces but from Trade Fair Complex to Okokomaiko is a serious mess. Project seems to be seriously starved of funds hence CCECC isn't doing much now, just skeletal works. Going to Mile two from Abule-ado is fair but the road from Agboju to First Gate is world class, gives you a snippet of what the final thing would look like.! 1 Like |
